Yoga/Movement Therapy – Yoga therapy and movement therapy involve addressing areas of the body with an excess or deficiency of movement, strength or awareness. Therapeutic Yoga combines restorative yoga (supported postures), gentle yoga, breathwork, hands-on healing, and guided meditation techniques in such a way that it is an excellent choice for those who need something gentle yet effective for bringing the body into balance and reducing stress.

Meditation – Meditation put simply, is mindfulness. Mindfulness promotes awareness which in turn brings us into the present, into our bodies and into a state of health. Mindfulness based practices have been repeatedly shown to down regulate the nervous system and shift our neurology. This means it brings us out of our programmed stress responses and up into our higher brain centres and will actually rewire the brain when done regularly. Ironically, this ancient practice  is literally the future of health and wellness.

On a regular basis we offer clinics and workshops on topics related to overall health and wellness.  Workshops may include:
